As COO for German-speaking Switzerland, Tobias Bosshart oversees client support and regional development.

With extensive experience at PwC, Tobias gained deep insights into the Swiss healthcare sector through various client projects. He then led Solutions Tarifaires Suisses SA, where he developed the ambulatory flat-rate tariff. This tariff was integrated into the National Ambulatory Tariff Organization (OAAT SA) in late 2023, along with TARDOC, and will constitute Switzerland’s nationwide ambulatory tariff system starting in 2026.

Tobias joined Swisscoding to help reduce the administrative burden on healthcare providers, enabling them to spend more time with patients. He looks forward to contributing to Swisscoding’s growth in medical coding and beyond.
