In order to meet the high demand from our clients, we seek to re-enable 3 medical co-codator posts with experience (70%-100%) to ensure the medical coding of patient records at a distance.

When I spoke to the Head of Software about my initial idea for a program to make work easier for coders, he didn’t just listen to me, he gave it quite serious consideration. We met up a few times to discuss it, he put forward several ideas, and the project just got bigger and bigger. He brought in programmers to set it all up, and now it has become Lexicode. It’s incredible for anyone to be able to work like that.
