Welcome Paul Röseler to Swisscoding Technologies!

We are thrilled to welcome Paul Röseler as CTO !

Originally from Cologne, Germany, Paul holds a Master’s degree from MIT, with a focus on Deep Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models. Before joining Swisscoding Technologies, he gained extensive experience at IBM, where he contributed to the development of advanced AI systems.

At Swisscoding Technologies, Paul will be leading our AI strategy, driving innovation, and strengthening our position as a leader in automated medical coding.

Fun fact: Passionate about skiing, cooking, kitesurfing, basketball, and football, Paul combines technological expertise with energy in everything he does!
