Swisscoding is delighted to welcome Nadine Grünbeck to its teams as a Medical Coding and Medical Controlling Specialist

With over fifteen years’ experience in the healthcare sector, Nadine has a particularly rich background combining clinical expertise, medical coding, hospital management control and the optimisation of organisational processes.

After studying medicine and then qualifying as a state-registered nurse, she gradually steered her career towards the field of medical coding and medical cost control. Her experience has led her to work for several renowned institutions, notably the Kantonsspital St. Gallen, the Vamed Zihlschlacht Group and the Clinique Schloss Mammern.

Her arrival is a valuable asset for Swisscoding; her in-depth expertise in coding systems, her understanding of the realities of clinical practice, and her solution-oriented approach will help us to best support our clients in addressing their challenges relating to quality, performance and the utilisation of health data.
