With previous experience in the anesthesia department at Clinique de Valère in Sion, she now draws on her background in sales and medical secretarial work to optimize patient file documentation.

Filing, medical coding, managing requests from healthcare facilities, liaising with insurance companies and invoicing departments — she ensures a smooth and structured workflow at every step.

Motivated, flexible, and open to change, she aims to actively contribute to improving overall productivity at Swisscoding.

Outside the office, Cintia is passionate about music, combat sports, and travel.
