We are delighted to announce that Caroline Bakmaz has joined Swisscoding as a medical coder specializing in German-speaking Switzerland.
A strong background in the hospital setting:
Caroline began her career as a state-certified nurse, having graduated with honors from the Städtisches Klinikum Karlsruhe. She then worked in various hospital departments, notably in cardiology and psychiatry, developing in-depth knowledge of clinical operations and patient care pathways.
After several years of hands-on experience, she specialized in medical coding, a field in which she earned certification with a perfect score, demonstrating her high level of expertise.
These skills enable her to effectively support healthcare institutions in improving the quality and value of their health data.
Beyond her professional career, Caroline also participated in a Work & Travel program in New Zealand, which reflects her open-mindedness and ability to adapt to diverse environments.
We are delighted to welcome her and wish her every success in this new chapter!
