On May 16, our AI agent CODY was presented during the annual Management Days of Swiss Medical Network, bringing together nearly 300 executives from the group.
Robert Derendiger, Head of Patient Administration (GAP), opened the session by outlining the challenges encountered in the field and the expectations regarding administrative automation. A demo video then showcased the concrete functioning of CODY, step by step.
The presentation continued with insights into the origins of the project and the potential of artificial intelligence in hospital administration. At a time when regulatory requirements are increasing, automation is a key lever to support teams and refocus efforts on patient care.

Many thanks to Swiss Medical Network for the invitation and the quality of the discussions – and of course the good everyday collaboration.
