We’re glad to introduce Frédérique Nouail, our new COO for the French-speaking region of Switzerland, who joined Swisscoding SA on April 28th, 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in multinational, pharmaceutical, and digital companies, Frédérique has worked in France, Canada, and has been living in Switzerland since 2017.
As Chief Operating Officer, she brings her passion for healthcare, technology, teamwork, and operational excellence to the core of her work.
Driven, caring and action-oriented, she’s eager to support the growth of a human-focused and innovative company.
A proud mother of three : Alice, Martin, and Jeanne – and their dog Norman, Frédérique balances her daily life with sports, a touch of piano, and healthy organic food.
