Swisscoding is delighted to announce that Claire Vaillant has joined the organisation as Trilingual Administrative Co-ordinator (FR-DE-EN) with effect from 1 August 2026.

An experienced professional in administration and customer relations, Claire has a particularly rich career history built up in demanding, multicultural and service-oriented environments. Before joining Swisscoding, she worked at the Migros Club Schools and subsequently in Miduca’s Events department, where she was responsible for managing venue bookings across the seven sites in French-speaking Switzerland, whilst also providing support to the teams in German-speaking Switzerland.

Throughout her career, Claire has developed recognised expertise in operational coordination, client support, administrative management, continuous process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration.

Her fluency in French, German and English is a real asset in an environment where communication and collaboration extend beyond linguistic boundaries. Her experience in international organisations, combined with her natural aptitude for customer service, will help to effectively support the development of Swisscoding.
