Swisscoding strengthens its management team with the arrival of Julien Balesi.

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Julien Balesi at Swisscoding as Managing Director.

Julien brings nearly twenty years’ experience in performance management, organisational transformation and business development within demanding environments. Throughout his career, he has held several strategic and operational leadership roles.

In recent months, Julien has already been working with Swisscoding on a strategic consultancy assignment. This collaboration has confirmed not only his expertise and vision, but also his alignment with our values of commitment, collaboration and excellence. We are therefore particularly pleased to continue this journey alongside him in the long term.

In his new role, Julien’s mission will be to support the teams in meeting the challenges of the company’s growth, to strengthen managerial structures and to foster operational excellence, enabling Swisscoding to continue its development whilst maintaining a high standard of service for its clients.
