Our secret sauce: deep research with open-source LLMs, fast experimentation, and an engineering culture that ships. From our HQ in Lausanne, a buzzing Zürich hub, and fresh outposts popping up in France and Germany, we’re re-architecting how healthcare data is understood — one token at a time.

The Mission

Join a tight, mentor-heavy research squad to push the frontier of:

Fine-tuning & alignment of open-source LLMs (Qwen3, R1, Llama 4, …)
Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) — and from verifiable medical rewards (RLVR)
Prototype-to-production handoff: your best ideas end up in hospitals within weeks, not years — we’re already live in over 10 hospitals in Switzerland!
You’ll own mini-moon-shots, present findings to the whole company, and ship code that matters.

You ❤️ code, science & weird side-quests

We’re looking for interns who can tick most of these boxes:

Solid Python chops (PyTorch / JAX / TensorFlow — pick your poison)
Hands-on with any neural-network fine-tuning (doesn’t have to be LLMs)
Curious about or experienced in RL, policy-gradients, or offline RL tricks
Comfortable reading papers before breakfast and reproducing them by lunch

Bonus points (tell us!)

Grandmaster at StarCraft II or League? Olympic fencer? Built a 10k-star GitHub repo? Launched a community initiative, or led a social project?
Math Olympiad medals, chess titles, speed-cubing records, or anything delightfully niche?
